Question: Clearing of throat! Help !?
Recently, I've been having to constantly clear my throat every single night, and after I eat, I've no idea why! I've tried phlegm spitting, but it doesn't work, my throat feels ''scratchy'' and a rough feeling near my ai waves!. It's very irritating!. Any idea what this could be!?

lol i don't know much about things like this but i used to get the worst sore throats ever!. what would happen is my tonsils would swell up and have huge blisters on them, my tonsils was to big for my mouth so i had to get them removed!.

I was recently told by a speech therapist that clearing your throat is one of the worst things you can do, even though it feels like you need to!. She said just drink water or swallow when you feel the urge to clear your throat!. You are only stressing the area you are trying to clear when you do this, apparently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't want to worry you but a friend of mine had similar problems and after months went by he decided to go to the doctors and found he had throat cancer, so my advise is get it checked out!.
