Red then flaky eyelids in the winter?!

Question: Red then flaky eyelids in the winter!?

Last winter my eyes lids would either be red and kinda swollen or they would be all flaky!. Its changed every couple days from red to flaky for months!. Then when summer came they got all better!.
Now it's fall and my eyelids are like that again!
Anyone have a clue what could be wrong with my eyelids!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine are like that too right now since its getting colder!. Mine get really raw especially when i use an acne acid cleanser!.!.!.Just use moisturizer!.!.!.like vaseline!.!.they make some good lotions!.!.or use eucerin cream at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
