see if it hurts very badly and is a pulsating pain then it might be an acid reflux or a gastric attack!.sumtimes a gastric is very similar to having a heart attack!.!.used to happen with me and i thaught i have sum heart trouble !.got all my tests done !.i recommend you get 3 tests done and see a doctor!.
