This is an acute sudden blood pressure for two weeks. Ordinary safe blood pressure increase after a head injury: (attacked by a madman).

That level of blood pressure would be extremely unlikely to do sudden harm to you. Now if you had it for years at that level, you would be concerned about kidney damage, heart damage, etc. But it is not high enough to suddenly kill you. Stay calm. Just get it under control through diet or drugs if needed. You are ok.
