Question: How can I not start smoking again!?
I use to smoke but have not in five years!. I married a non-smoker who 3 months ago started!. Now I am tempted to go back to it also because of her!. She is addicted and enjoys it!. She does not smoke around me or has ask me to start!. But I am getting very tempted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Inhale the deepest lung-full of air you can, and then, very slowly, exhale!. Purse your lips so that the air must come out slowly!.
