Salt Intake/Sensitivity/Swelli...

Question: Salt Intake/Sensitivity/Swelling!.!.!?
I was looking for some advice, I do not have high blood pressure, in fact, I have really good blood pressure, however, I am about 20 lbs overweight!. My problem is that even that slightest salty thing, even things that you wouldn't normally think of as salty such as ice cream, make my hands and feet swell!. I also swell badly while walking, although I have heard that is normal!. Are some people just more sensitive to salt!?

Also, I recently went to the doc and had a general blood work up and everything was great except my iron levels were low (not anemic, just low) I told my doc about the problem but she never said anything (I was telling her about several things that day)!. I am looking for a new doctor but didn't know if anyone might have immediate advice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well this is interesting!. The fact is that salt can make anyone bloat!. It should not be affecting you this much though!. Salt attaches to water molecules and can sometimes just retain in the skin!.

Try asking for a second opinion, or talking to your doctor more about your concerns!. Being slightly overweight can have something to do with the swelling you are having
