research the place where you plan to have the tat done!. Make sure that they use clean and sterilized equipment for each person getting tattooed!. Better yet if they work with the local health department that would also be a bonus!. The place where I got mine worked with the health department, they were certified, and let me watch them destroy and set up the things that they used!.
