However, in the event you do not find one or would prefer to try to work on the problem first yourself, there are some techniques you can do/learn yourself. I recommend buying a book, such as Pe: How to Overcome Premature Ejaculation by Helen Singer Kaplan, or several books to teach yourself some of the techniques.
In addition, ejaculating early during a sexual encounter with your partner does not have to mean the conclusion of lovemaking. Instead, have you considered that you will most likely be able to achieve another erection after some time has passed (the amount will vary depending on your age), so after you ejaculate, you can then spend the next 20-30 minutes (or more or less) pleasing and/or teasing your partner in other ways. Then once you are erect again, you should be able to maintain this second erection longer and have intercourse (hopefully) for the amount of time you and your partner want/need.
