Answers:
At 14 your setting up your bones for the rest of your life!. Limit your soda to one a day if you must have soda and drink water the rest of the time!. You'll see a difference in your skin and they'll be a difference in your bones!. All teens should be taking a Calcium supplement with D ( at least 250 mg ) daily!. You should take Calcium with vitamin D for the rest of your life for bone health!.

Edit: Vitamin D helps the body absorb the calciumWww@Answer-Health@Com

From this website linked:
"Researchers at Tufts University, studying several thousand men and women, found that women who regularly drank cola-based sodas -- three or more a day -- had almost 4% lower bone mineral density in the hip, even though researchers controlled for calcium and vitamin D intake!. But women who drank non-cola soft drinks, like Sprite or Mountain Dew, didn't appear to have lower bone density!."

There is also an added risk because people that drink soda an awful lot tend to not drink as many healthy drinks as other people!. It then displaces the calcium you might get from drinking milk or the vitamins from juice!.

I would also like to add that drinking a lot of soda (even diet) increases your chance for diabetes and being overweight!. It's simply not healthy to drink soda all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Colas in cans (3 a day) will make your bones brittle!. Ease off gradually!. Drink it from a bottle or switch to something other than cola!. It's not the caffeine or sugar but the phosphorus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink more water!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
