Question: Is this gastric flu, I feel awful!?!!?
I have sore throat, cough, blocked n' runny nose, sneezes, and headache!. My glands in my neck are up and I feel terrible!. I can not eat- the last thing i ate came right back up to say 'hello'!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How many times did you vomit!?
Usually with Noro, you violently vomit more than once and you have watery diarrhea!.
You also could have fatigue,dizziness and chills!.
Sounds like you caught a bug but probably not Norwalk virus (which is gastric flu/stomach flu/stomach bug)Www@Answer-Health@Com
