Call the doctor who performed this proceedure, tell him what it's like and how it hurts, and tell him you need to be seen!. You paid him not only for the actual proceedure, but also for follow up care for complications!.

Good luck!.!.!.

To prevent ingrown nails-
Let the toenail grow out, don't cut it too short, so the skin does not grow over it!.

your toe nail is trying to grow and the chemical is keeping it from growing so your toe and toenail will get inflamed Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've suffered exactly the same problem and the same solution!.

There's an easier answer which is used by the SAS, who can't afford to be debilitated by ingrowing toenails!.!.!.

Shave the centre of the nail from back to front, which will thin and weaken it!. When you shave it enough the side pressure will make it pop up, but you may want to give it a hand with some padding under the centre of the nail!. Use a nice sharp razor!.

This is of course a lot less risky than an operation and in your case I'd regularly bathe the area in salt water to prevent infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
