I am having big big problems and i dont know where to turn or who to turn to?!

I am having big big problems and i dont know where to turn or who to turn to?

boy where to start...ok i am 30 years old,gay and i am HIV+,i have been for 9 years now.the real problem is a friend of mine and his boyfriend,well they had some kind of fight 3 weeks ago,i went to confort the boyfriend and we ended up sleeping together,it really did just happen.apart from my parents noone outside my family knows i am HIV+.i dont know how to tell my friends,and least of all my the friend whos boyfriend i slept with,i dont know how to tell the boyfriend either.as far as i know they have not slept with each other yet...i have been a very bad person,i am a bad person.i will lose all my friends,and my friend will lose his boyfriend.the boyfriend may or may not lose his life..i am in the a deep hole and i cant climb out of it.i dont know what to do.speak to someone.speak to the boyfriend.all confess all to everyone.

You need to take responsibility for yourself and your actions. The lives of other people are at stake. Stop worrying about losing friendships or embarrassment. Tell them now. Do not hesitate.
