you go and they put a needle in your arm and take some blood!.
you never get the blood back if thats what your asking!.
depending on what they are testing for, depends on how long the results take to get back to you!. normally your dr will ring if they need to see you after they get the results, if all is ok, you probably wont hear from them

Are you talking about for an HIV test!? If so I think there are tests that come back in a few hours and some that come back in a few days!.
They just take blood from your arm!. Pretty simple!.
I know once at the university I went to, they had salvia tests also!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
