Does Anyone know a cure for interstitial Cystitis??

I was diagnosed with I.C. about two years ago....I can't stand the pain anymore.... does anyone know what can help me?? It went away for a little while, but it seems to be returning..does anyone know?

This condition just causes frequent painful urination without having a urinary tract infection....it hurts so badly. I have tried drinking more fluids and taking urinary pain pills, but it just keeps coming back

Unfortunately there is no cure, but there are a few things you can do to help like changing your diet and finding out what your triggers are and there are some medications that can help.

Interstitial Cystitis was viewed as "women's hysterical disease" even as recently as the 1980s, and getting your doctor to help you can often be a battle.
I myself have been told "it's all in your mind" which as any sufferer is aware, it's most definitely not!
