Whats the best way to get rid of a big pimple very quickly?

I have hardly any pimples but I have one big one on my neck. How can I get rid of it quickly?

If it's just red get a product with salicylic acid to treat it as well as a bit of concealer.
If it's got a white crust you can clean it out faster. Squeeze it with a pair of clean tweezers till the top comes off and use a cotton swab to clean up the fluid. Then apply hydrogen peroxide directly to the open pimple. Wait a couple minutes and re-apply. Put peroxide on it every few hours and the pimple will be much smaller and less red within a day.
