The letters stand for Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus Aureus-basically its a super bad staph infection-to make sure you get rid of it completely you can go see an infectious disease doctor-they will take a culture-like with a Q-tip swab and it's treated with antibiotics and they monitor it to make sure it goes away-It is called the super bug because most antibiotics don't cure it but there are some that do!. The problem occurs when it takes awhile to diagnose it and it gets in the bloodstream-then it's extremely hard to get rid of and can be fatal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
