This may be a little weird- Gas related?!

Alright so recently I got painful amounts of gas, now that it's dying down there are certain areas that won't leave, whenever I bend down I can feel a gas bubble travel down the back of my ribs, there is another that feels like it's stuck near my shoulder blade, it feels like cramps almost but if I lay down on it, I get pain on my chest!. Is it normal!? I went to the doctor my blood sugar levels and heart rate are normal, it's just freaking me out a little bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
