Today I was told that I have two cyst on my pancreas that are inflamed. This was diagnosed though a catscan. Tomorrow I'm having a MRCP done. My question is - don't you think they should be removed? The more I think of it, I really just want them removed. What are the dangers, if any. Can anyone give me some insight?
I also have diabetes.

if they are cysts they dont need removed unless they are quite large and would have a possibility of bursting. My cousin gets them all the time on her overies I personally never heard of them on the Pancras. I believe its just fluid that the body normaly just absorbs back into the system.
