i want a homemade acne remover that uses stuff that is normally in someones kitchen (this does not mean chickpea paste and such) and i would like for it to work quickly!

I'm afraid you aren't going to find such a thing. You can try all sorts of treatments people mention (lemony/citrus things, garlic, all that) but there is nothing easy to make that can fix acne quickly, otherwise nobody would have acne now, would they?
You'd be better off investigating other treatments. You don't have to do anything expensive or get a prescription. For me, taking B5 and B Complex tablets worked.
