I have bad acne and use proactiv, it hasnt really worked well in the 4 months ive had it, does it really work?

It doesn't work for everybody. I have heard a lot of (real) testimonials from people who found it worked effectively but also a few people who said it didn't work and for some their skin was too sensitive. You could try taking B5 tablets that worked for me, or see your doctor/dermatologist to see what is causing your acne, it might be an unusual cause hence why ProActiv doesn't work.
