Answers:
While back pain in children under 18 should always be investigated, your pain sounds very musculoskeletal!.

There are several characteristics associated with pain due to cancer!. One of them is that movement doesn't typically affect the pain!.!.!.with you it sound as though this influences the pain very much!. Other characteristics include severe unrelenting pain that is not relieved or lessened upon lying down, that is worse at night and not lessened by a change in position!. Other health changes are usually apparent as well such as rapid and unexplained weight loss, night sweats, loss of appetite, etc!.

Children your age should also be examined for more skeletal anaomalies such as a spondylolysis!. It's possible you may need new x-rays or a bone scan!.

In the end, development has a lot to do with back pain as well!. If these are the only times your back is hurting you, this is something that my simply get better with time as your muscular and skeletal system catch up with each other!. It might not be anything to be concerned about as well!. Most kids do tend to grow out of their back pain!.!.!.I was one of them (although using good posture certainly helped)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
