Does exposure to the sun help bacne(back acne)?
Just came back to Florida from England and my back has broken out in the last few months which is probably due to my consistent visits to the gym with tight clothing. Anyways my dad reccomended getting a tan as it will dry out the spots. I just wanted to know if this actually works and if there are other remedies people will kindly offer me as well?

Actually, I've been told that too, by a biologist. So I tried lying out in the sun with my back exposed for a while, but it didn't seem to work for me. But then my back cleared up when, as well as taking B5 tablets, I started taking B Complex twice a day.
