Question:

Legs....spider veins? Please help!??

I’m young but I already have some of those nasty little purple veins showing. I have heard that if you are on your feet all day that it can be bad for your legs, but I have no choice because of my job. I have nice long lean legs but I am embarrassed to show them much because of the ugly veins. What can I do? How do you prevent them and can you make them go away?
I would appreciate any help!!!
