Insect bite looking rash on toddler?!

Question: Insect bite looking rash on toddler!?
It started as 4 insect bite looking bumps around the crease of my 3 yo daughters leg (think panty line in front)!.!.!.
this morning there were 7 and they have moved up to below her belly button
!.!.!.as of 5 minutes ago there are 11!.

they look like little insect bites, some have a little white head!.

she has been vaxed for chicken pox - and has not had any exposure that i'm aware of!.

i do not think it's the impetigo as most everything i've read says it starts on face/upper body/arms/hands and doesn't really look like it from what i've seen online!.

any other ideas!?!?!? she says they don't itch!. i've seen her rub a little bit but nothing crazy!.

Answers:
Give her some Benedryl at night so that she doesn't begin to scratch or scratch them in her sleep!. Also, an older remedy that people do is to use clear fingernail polish on the little bites, especially if they are chiggers!. You can use a hydrocortisone cream as well, but if she's not itching the benedryl should take care of it!. The polish will help to dry them up and keep from spreading!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like chiggers, but they usually itch!. Does she play outside in the dirt or grass!? Maybe flea bites -- do you have any pets!?

If she is healthy otherwise, I'd put some cortisone cream on them and just keep an eye on them!. If they continue to spread, take her to a pediatrician for a diagnosis!.

Good luck!.!.!.
