Question: Weird heart thing happened!?
i get stabbing pains in my heart every week or so,
and anways!. today my heart started to beat really fast and i it was hard to breath and i felt like i was going to pass out!. it lasted for about a minute and then took about 5 for my heart to calm down after that!.
i don't think this was a panic attack, as i was not stressed in any way whatsoever and it happened completely randomally!.

I'm not sure what the stabbing pains are from, but the fast hear beat could be SVT (Supra Ventricular Tachycardia) which is a sudden onset/offset of a rapid heartbeat!. My son had it and when he had an episdoe, he'd feel light headed and get pale!. You need to see a cardiologist to make sure you don't have any other heart issues such as an abnormal rythm, etc!. If it happens again before you see the cardiologist, try taking your heart rate to see how high it goes and write it down!. It's important to have that info for the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
