Answers:
I don't believe KP is a condition to have!. I believe it is merely a symptom of something lacking!.
I have a two options for you
One is that its a vitamin A deficiency!. All epithelial cells require Vitamin A for their proper metabolism!. Normally skin and epithelial cells die, slough off (which is removed by mucous) and regenerate!. Vitamin A deficiency impairs the ability for the dead skin cells to be removed and so they build up in the hair follicles and cause those unsightly bumps you are talking about!. However, It's not as simple as taking supplemental Vitamin A to resolve the deficiency!. You need proper stores of zinc to be able to utilize V!.A!. Furthermore, unless your gall bladder is functioning well and producing enough bile, you cannot absorb V!.A!. from the stomach!. Most supplemental V!.A is synthetic and because it is also considered a hormone by many scientists, synthetic V!.A has been reported to be quite toxic!. Your best choice is dessicated liver or high vitamin cod liver oil which also supplies Vitamin D!.

Low thyroid sufferers frequently complain of rough dry skin!. Consequently, beta carotene from vegetables cannot be turned into vitamin A in low thyroid states!. Do some research and hopefully you will get rid of this nasty affliction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
