What could this be? A cold?!

Question: What could this be!? A cold!?

I have a HORRIBLE headache! It is all over the front and in the back!. My nose is running really bad and I have a cough!. I am so tired I feel like I am about to fall asleep at the computer! Please help me! What should I do!?
