My right eyelid doesn't seem to be visable...??!

My right eyelid doesn't seem to be visable...??
99% of the time you can't see my right eyelid because the skin ontop is covering it (there's no fold visable) but somedays my left eyelid is double but most of the time single (single's normal for me). when i take benydryl it's fine so idk if it's allergies or not but when i was in florida my right eyelid wasn't visable and there's no allergies in flordia so idk what's going on. maybe it's lack of sleep or something. anyone have any ideas what it is and/or how to help it?

by eyelid, I mean fold, actually. ( i guess)
When I close my eye and pull the faulty one down, it has a normal fold again. But then after awhile, it goes back to the no-foldness.
