Does anybody know about arms?!
Question: Does anybody know about arms!?
I have this horrible spot infestation on my arms!. My friends notice it a lot!. I tell them its a rash but it isn't because it doesn't itch and its spotty!.
My mum and her beautician say that I need to exfoliate and drink more water!. At the moment I drink about 1/2 a litre of water a day and I exfoliate using a loofah pad!. I've just about given up!.
Can anybody out there suggest ways to get rid of it before I go bananas !.!.!.!.!.Thanks!.!.!.!.!.!.xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

it may be follculitus which is where the hair follicles get red and raised!. a good antibacterial soap might work!. in my day 'biactol' was good but i dont think they sell it any more!. try a modern equivelent such as johnsons antibacterial facial wash or an antiseptic wash on your arms to see if it releaves it!. if not you can ask your doctor for an anti bacterial wash to use in the bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Is it red and sometimes bumpy!? You could have a condition called KP, where the protein in your skin doesn't shed correctly!.
Continue to exfoliate (I make my own body scrub with sea salt, olive oil, and bady wash!. Use it on dry skin before you shower a couple times a week)!.
After you shower, use lotion, but apply it in a downward motion (with the grain of hair)!.

That is a little bit broad, but you might visit a dermatologist!. It could be a number of things!. Atopic Dermatitus comes to mind!. I have had alot of problems with my skin, and it can really bother you!. Believe me I understand!. Get a checkup at a dermatologist!. Those are the people who can help you for sure!. If cost worries you, it's not as expensive as you might think!. My last visit was way under 100$!. It will be well worth it if they can explain the problem and offer a solution!.
