I've had aortic stenosis and a heart murmer since I was born, and now..?!

Question: I've had aortic stenosis and a heart murmer since I was born, and now!.!.!?
Well, I went to my cardiologist a few months ago!. She said that my valve was getting larger by nearly 6 mm, which is apparently a bad thing - she didn't really explain it to me!. So I need to come back in November, 3 months time, instead of the usual 6!.

For the past week, on and off my heart's been!.!. fluttering!. I don't know what else to use to describe it, it will be like: buhbuhbuhbuh!.!.!.!. buh!.
It doesn't last for long and it doesn't hinder my breathing at all, but I can't remember if this had ever happened before since I'm so paranoid about this November appointment!. I'm thinking it's just related to the murmer and problem I have, and the last time it happened was!.!. probably last Friday, maybe Saturday!. I haven't had it happen this week, it was really only last week and then it just!.!. went back to normal!. Should I be overly concerned!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

my daughter was born with aortic valve stenosis, when she was 9 weeks old she had to have a cardiac catheter to open up the valve!. She is 11 now and had to have the ross procedure(open heart surgey) to replace the valve because it was severely stenotic and also leaking moderately!.
Before surgery she had started to get many symptoms, which included palpatations, tiredness and general inability to ride her bike etc etc!.
Its been a long recovery but she is doing well at the moment!. She will need further surgery throughout her life but shes a strong girl and hopefully she will lead a near normal life!.
If your cardiologist has decided to see you 3 monthly then it may be coming to the time when your valve needs replacing!. Try not to worry too much, and remember to take it easy!. Give your cardiologist a call about your heart fluttering and I wish you luck for the future
take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anytime the physician sees a change in you condition, you could expect him to change the frequency that you are rechecked!. Valvular problems often are accompanied by palpitations or fluttering of your heart!. As well, the stress and anxiety that you are feeling over this change in your condition can contribute!.

It is important to discuss with your doctor any changes that you notice between now and your next appointment!. He knows you best and can best answer your questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
