unfortunately symptoms are different for everyone!. when i first had my heart checked it felt like an elephant was standing on my chest!. when i finally had a heart attack, i just felt tired and wanted to sleep!. when i started having chest pains the er doc kept telling me that i wasn't having an attack according to ekg!. later the blood work showed i had a major attack, six bypasses!.
