HFCS, table sugar, honey, and several fruit juices all contain the same simple sugars!. It is safe and nutritionally the same as other common sweeteners like table sugar and honey!. It has the same number of calories as table sugar!. Overall, it's still a sugar and can lead to obesity if too much is consumed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Everything has a safety issue if used improperly or excessively!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
