Question: All about tetanaus shots!?
Ok well im in junior high and i have to get a tetanaus shot in a week if i want to help out at an animal shelter!. Im scared!. im not an adult!. i feel the pain in my arm!. the last time i got a shot was in kidengarten!. and it hurt a lot!. i have heard from people that its hurts a lot, REMEBER im only in junior high!.im really skinny!.(for my age) and i have a big feeling its going to hurt!.

It's not such a big needle, like the booster shots kindergarteners are required to get~ Be sure to tell the Dr!. you're scared, and then look at something nice on the wall opposite the needle, taking deep breaths until it's over!.!.!.Best wishes to you, may it help to know you only need a tetanus shot every 10 years!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
All shots can hurt a bit, but it's really not that bad!. Also, remember that when you were in kindergarten, you had a different threshold for pain and what was horrible then may not be so bad now!. Remember to RELAX and don't get yourself all worked up before the shot is given!. That will help tons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
