I've been tested for 6 years, but no answer. Any ideas?!

Question:

I've been tested for 6 years, but no answer. Any ideas?

I'm 22 years old and they noticed my thyroid was enlarged when i was in 8th grade, and I've been seeing an endocrynologist and getting tested for 6 years. My TSH levels always come back normal, but I have all the symptoms like hypo. I'll have really bad days where I basically die off to the world. I get real worn out real fast and just have to sleep. Sometimes thyroid swells and gets tender. Heart beats real fast or real hard and very uncomfortable feeling. Get heart pain or tightness in my chest. Rarely sleep. I'll kind of go up and down in how I feel. Have some really good days and other super bad ones. I've had ultrasounds and they say there's nodules and cysts, but no real masses. Any ideas of what it could be?

Answers:

Sounds like bipolar disorder or depression if you ask me...
