Hello. I am a 23 year old uninsured college student who has perforated her eardrum with a cotton swab. That sounds really stupid, but crap happens. lol. I went to a walk in clinic and the doctor gave me some drops to prevent infection, told me to wait a week to see if things improve, and then gave me the number of a nose, ear, and throat specialist. It has been almost a wek, and it is still very difficult to drive due to my vertigo/balance problems. I am scared I will either not get good treatment or I will lose my life savings and struggle with college. Please help. Thank you.
