Question: Why are so many people developing heart diseases!?

Extra weight is thought to lead to increased total cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, and an increased risk of coronary artery disease,another cause for heart disease is smoking,one of the major risk factors for heart disease is high blood cholesterol and drinking alcohol may also leads to heart disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Major risk factors for heart diseases are hypertension,diabetes,smoking ,obesity,dyslipidemia ,family history of heart attack etc!.In this Century high tension life ,sedentary life styles,increasng obesity,excessive fast food use all has lead to increase incidence of heart diseases!.But eary detection of these problems and intervention is also available now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

increase in high fat foods such as mcdonalds, birger king and eating out a lot!.
coupled with sedentary lifestyle of sitting in front of a 50 inch tv or the computer surfing the internet!.
less exercise!.
even schools with budget problems are cutting out physical education classes, sooooo sad!.

because everyones becoming fat and obese due to eating excessive amounts of saturated fats!.
the fatter you get the more cholesterol which thickens the artery walls which creates heart disease!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
