Question: Can anyone help me regarding anaphalatic (allergic reactions) attacks I've being having!? !?
Doctors think it may be due to preservatives in food - but say that preservatives are so wide-spread these days in our food, that there isn't much they can do - except prescribe strong anti-histimines!. As these attacks have become quite scary, I wonder if anyone out these has suffered from anaphalatic (allergic reactions) and successfully overcome them!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many things in our food that can generate Anaphylaxis!. It is generally an allergic reaction!. Only proteins can generate an allergic reaction!. Food sensitivities can happen from foods that do not contain protein!. Aspartame is a very typical drug that can bring on this reaction and does in many people!. The FDA ignores the 92 so called "side effects" of this drug and refuses to ban it, even though the 92 problems are part of their data base, they continue to allow it!.
Foods that contain sesame seeds that are high in tryptophan are also highly suspect!. Foods like turkey contain lots of tryptophan!. I suggest you try a simple test of each food you eat to make an attempt to figure this out!. The test should isolate the problem fairly quickly if it is a food allergy!.
Sit in a chair quietly for a few minutes to stabilize your pulse rate!. Take your pulse for a FULL 60 seconds (not the 15 seconds, multiply by 4 thing) and record the number!. Then put the food in your mouth that you want to test and chew it for 30 seconds!. Leaving it in your mouth or swallowing it, take your pulse again for the FULL 60 seconds!. If your pulse is higher than 6 pulse beats in the second 60 second round, you are allergic to that food!. If you have type "O" blood, use 4 pulse beats as the criteria!.
You can use this test for any food you suspect you may be allergic too!. To just blindly give you strong anti-histamines without knowing what the "root cause" is does not seem like it will give you any answers, just a drug solution that you will be chained to for a long time!.
Additionally, you can develop allergies over time to things that you previously were not allergic too, so don't leave anything out!. Vaccinations are another source of this problem!. Vaccination sites have toxins that stay with you for life unless you detox the sites!. This pollution to the body can be devastating and cause many problems that are never associated with them!. Dental work is also another gift of modern dentistry that keeps on giving!. A lot of dental work is generating huge problems with diseases in many people today!. The so called "modern dentistry" may be modern, but that doesn't mean it's good!. You may have to start cooking from scratch and eating mostly unprocessed foods (also start reading food labels while shopping)!. You also could start trying to pin point the problem foods on your own by eating unprocessed foods for awhile and then adding foods with certain preservatives until you fine the culprits and know what to avoid!. I assume you have had test ran to see if you are allergic to stuff they can test for, if not make an appointment with an allergist and have test done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
