Mosquito bites?!

Question:

Mosquito bites?

I think I may be more allergic to mosquito bites than the normal person. Lately I have been getting eaten up by mosquitos and they become HUGE welts. I dont mean no tiny welt like most people get, these get the size of a quarter and bigger. Also after a day or two the welts become a rash that itches more than the welt did. The rash gets crusty. Every mosquito bite ive gotten has turned into a rash so far. (since moving to FL ,. this never happened before ) Im wondering why its doing this. Is there something I can put on it to make the rash go away, ive been using Cortisone cream. Why are my mosquito bites become nasty rashes?

Answers:

You should probably consider seeing a Dr. But for now try taking benadryl or something with dyphenydramine, this is also good for bee stings. It may make you sleeping but it helps with the swelling and itching, mabe take it at night. If you do take it orally, do not use the cream, because it is absorbed and you could get an overdose using both. Try to keep bug spray on all the time, even at bedtime, they make stuff that smells better now. Also avoid wearing sweet smelling things, even hairsprays and body sprays or body washes it attracts them. Also avoid wearing bright clothes, there are been studies that say that is whey children are bitten more because they wear brighter clothes, for some reason it attracts them more.
