My ear has this thingy...?!

So you know how sometimes when you're in a quite a room for a while and some loud noise occurs and makes your eardrum kind of twitch!? (dunno if that's the word), but yeah, that kinda thing on the ear drums!. Well, there is no loud voices or noises in here and it's been 6 hours since I got up now and that twitching thing is constantly annoying me!.!. What the heck is wrong!?!?!?
