I happen to have tinnitus. Noises like cicadas are what I hear. I have difficulty getting sleep. I am often too tired at work coz I don’t get enough sleep. What must I do?

try drastically cutting back on your sodium intake. If you are retaining water (due to too much sodium) your inner ear may just have more fluid than normal and can't keep up (causing the ringing). Read packages carefully. Some foods that you would assume are low in sodium, are really pretty high.
