I have to problems please help.?

I don't want to go to the doctor because I bet there is something I can do to solve my stupid problem. I don't want to pay a bunch of money just for these two problems.

1. My feet used to not sweat but now they do. how do I make them not sweat?

2. my nails are getting black like their roughen or something.

so how can I fix these problems?

and please don't tell me to go to my doctor. If there is nothing I can do then I will but for now I wont.

oh the roughten nails are my toe nails not my fingers

well for your feet id say a foot powder or cream
i dont no what to tell you about your nails maybe try soaking them for a hour or so then clip them and file them
