i punched the wall really hard with my fists [don't ask why] and now i have a purplish darkish bruise on my knuckles!. what should i do to treat it!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Soak it in epsom salt water!. You can find epsom salt at a grogery store!. Just dissolve the salt and let your hand soak 15-20 min!. Put cover-up on it until it fades!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think there is anything you can do to treat a bruise!. I think the only thing you can do is put ice on it!.

Maybe you need some anger management!? Try ice for 20 minutes every few hours on the first day of injury and moist heat for 20 minutes every few hours each day after until bruise has lightened up!. This seems to work for me but then I've never punched a wall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
To ease the pain you could put arnica on it, other than that it's a case of waiting for it to heal from under the skin!. Not a lot you can do appearance-wise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you did it recently put an ice pack on it!. Other than that you can put some special healing cream from the pharmacists!. The best way after applying ice packs is to let it heal by itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can't really treat a bruise, if your hand is swelled though ice it!. Just wait and it will heal over time, it shouldn't take long though!.!.!.!.I hope it gets better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
