i have what feels like a lump under the skin on my left boob, it kinda feels like the tip of one of those thin chicked bones u cant give to dogs has they choke, there is nothing visible on the surface so you have to feel it to know its there, should i worry? im 21 with no family history of breast cancer or of the sort

I discovered a lump in my breast when I was 22. Also, no history of breast cancer in my family.
It sounds similar to what mine felt like. Does it move when you touch it? Is it sore to the touch? when you lie sideways does it protrude?
I had mine checked (of course I immediately thought I had breast cancer). Turns out it was what's called a fibroadenoma, which is a non cancerous tumour. (If it moves, it's not likely to be cancerous, according to my specialist)
I had a mammogram, biopsy and ultrasound to determine what it was. (mammogram was uncomfortable, other two were fine)
It's okay to leave them in there as long as they don't grow. Mine did unfortunately. Went from the size of a pea to the size of a big walnut in 6 months. Surgery was fast, have a small scar, and worry free!
You should get it checked out though pet, sooner rather than later.
