Can you get a tumor in your nose?

i am 16 yerar old male and been geting bad pains in my nose and headches and memory loss not a lot just a bit oh and some buzzing nosie in my ear but when i pinch my nose it fels like the pain has gone what could it be thanks

Noone can really determine what you've got going on without seeing a physician and perfomring diagnostic tests. It is possib;e to get a tumor in your nose but I wouldn't go diagnosing yourself just yet.
