Question: Best way to get rid of sinus pain/headache FAST!?
I already irrigated my sinuses this morning!. I have taken zyrtec and used rhinocort twice already!. I also used optivar eyedrops!. I've been drinking a lot of water!. It feels like my head is going to explode!. The only other things I have on me are benadryl, aleve and pamprin!. I can't fall asleep, so I don't know about the benadryl!. Maybe the aleve for the temple pain!?

Sounds like you're doing everything possible already!. Go see your doctor and see if you can get some Nazonex, it's one of the best sprays you can get!.
Try a hot shower!. Get the room really warm and steamy, and continue to irrigate your sinuses!. I found that as disgusting as it may sound, simply sucking warm water into your nose then blowing it out again is the most effective ways of cleaning out your sinuses!.
For the pain!.!.!. try nurofen plus or panadeine!.
Go see your doctor!. Prescription meds will help more than most over the counter stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
