What are possible causes of dizziness or being light headed?

I've recently been slightly dizzy and lightheaded when I move my head. I'm coming off of a cold/cough...is this the aftermath of my cold?

Maybe you have an ear infection. Does your ear hurt?

Are you under stress?

Were you recently at high altitudes?
