Question: I have a weird skin problem!?
This summer I got these weird patches of light brown on my neck/chest area and I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it!. It kind of looks like dirt but its not!. It is *not* a birthmark!.
What is this and how do I get rid of it!? Should I see a doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably just some dry skin patches !.!.!. if you were out in the sun over the summer!?!? try some lotion thats not scented or anything & if it doesnt go away in 2 to 3 weeks, maybe consider seeing a dermatologist!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
umm i thinking it possibly be like if u dont wsh ur neck it gets brown get a rag and put Alchol not drinking alchol and get the alchol and put it on a rag and wipe it all over your neck and see if it worksWww@Answer-Health@Com
