Question:

I got these weird red spots on my eyes,?

They look like freckles but i know they're not. I was laying upside down for 5 minutes and i felt the blood rushing to my head, and then these spots appeared. I think they are capillaries that burst, how do i get rid of it?

and it isn't an allergic reaction because i didnt eat anything new today.
