Sinus problem and green phelgm..need help!?!

Question: Sinus problem and green phelgm!.!.need help!!?
I have a sinus infection because im blowing green phlegm out of my noise(obviously an infection)!. Today I blew very hard !.!.in fact, so hard a large chunk (a tablespoon of green phlegm) came out of my right nostril!. It was so tick and gross that I couldnt believe it!. Its very thick like glue!. My phlegm is very thick!. The problem is whats causing my sinus infection!?

It has to be two things that I added my diet and to my clothes regimen!.

1!.)Skim Milk( i have been drinking 1-2 glasses a day) because I read that drinking skim milk is healthy for people with allergies

OR

2!.)Powered laundry detergent with a light fragrance!.(sears brand on sale) Maybe the residue from the powdered detergent on my pillows is irritating my sinuses it or maybe the light fragrance!. I switched from All free and clear liquid because i noticed sears cleans my clothes better!.

Which product could be irritating my sinuses!? Milk or detergent!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Probably the detergent!. It could have caused your allergies to act up!. Sinus congestion is caused by colds or allergeis!. Colds or allergies cause inflammation of the sinuses!. Inflammation can cuase the production of mucus!. This can cause the defense mechanism of the sinuses to not work so well!. Congestion builds up and then can become infected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing like that really causes a sinus infection per say, it is normally a bacterium like Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, or Moraxella catarrhalis!. Allergens can produce a similar effect!. Your best bet is going to the doctor, he or she may have the solution!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
