This infects squamous epithelial cells of the oropharynx & B- lymphocytes And its in oropharyngeal secretions, transmitted threw saliva!. It has a life long dormancy in the host!. Can be found the frist 12-18 months after acuiring !.Transmission must be direct contact !. This is word wide!. I imagine that most of us pick it up from our parents or caregivers or from other close family members!. Those who don't get it this way, get it from friends and acquaintances!.
